The escutcheon is divided into four\nsections, alternating between white and blue and surrounded by gold\ngold rosettes and gold braid. At the top of the shield are the logos\n'Provincial Grand Lodge of Western Greece and the Peloponnese' in black letters in\ngold parchment and 'EMSTE' in gold letters.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAddress by the Head of the Department of Western Greece &amp; Peloponnese\nNikolaos Labiris\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: rgb(89, 89, 89);\">A few words about the Provincial Grand Lodge of Western Greece...\n<br><br>\nThe Provincial Grand Master, Right Worshipful brother Nikolaos Labiris, welcomes\nyou to the Provincial Grand Lodge of Western Greece and the Peloponnese.<br\/><br\/>\nThe Provincial Grand Lodge of Western Greece and the Peloponnese, under the\nauspices of the National Grand Lodge of Greece (EMSTE), was founded in 1994,\nwith the Right Worshipful brother Dimitrios Pountzas as the first Grand Provincial\nMaster.
